Sentinel Aleph by ribqa.com is a market intelligence, scanner, signal ledger, automation, and analytics service operated through ribqa.com. By creating an account, accessing the service, or using any Sentinel Aleph feature, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the Risk Disclosure.

If you do not agree, you must not create an account or use the service.

Sentinel Aleph provides market data, technical analysis, AI-assisted summaries, signal candidates, backtests, alerts, and workflow tools for informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing in the service is financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or professional advice. Sentinel Aleph does not recommend that you buy, sell, hold, short, leverage, or trade any asset.

Digital assets, derivatives, spot markets, futures, perpetual contracts, and automated or semi-automated trading involve substantial risk. You may lose part or all of your capital.

Signals, confidence scores, AI outputs, confluence readings, backtests, simulated results, and historical performance cannot guarantee future results. Market conditions can change quickly and data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or incorrect.

You are solely responsible for every decision, order, position, wallet transfer, exchange account action, and financial result connected to your use of Sentinel Aleph.

Aleph Edge and any execution-related tooling are optional workflow layers. You remain responsible for reviewing routes, exchanges, wallets, instruments, order details, live mode state, and risk settings before any action is taken.

Paper, simulation, scanner, alert, and live execution contexts must be treated as separate modes. You must not rely on the service as a substitute for your own review, controls, or independent judgment.

You must provide accurate registration information, keep your account secure, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You must comply with all laws and regulations applicable to you, including financial, tax, sanctions, consumer, data protection, and digital asset rules in your jurisdiction.

You may not use the service if you are prohibited from doing so by applicable law or if your use would expose Sentinel Aleph, ribqa.com, or its infrastructure providers to unlawful activity.

Sentinel Aleph may offer Free beta access, trials, paid plans, or promotional access. Free or promotional access can be changed, limited, paused, or ended at any time.

When paid plans are enabled, prices, limits, billing periods, payment providers, crypto checkout options, refunds, and taxes may be shown during checkout or in the billing area. You are responsible for using payment methods and crypto funds that you lawfully own or are authorized to use.

Third-party payment providers, wallets, blockchains, and exchanges are independent services. Sentinel Aleph is not responsible for their outages, fees, confirmation delays, address errors, custody issues, chargebacks, network congestion, or security incidents.

If you create, upload, configure, or publish strategies, scripts, bot settings, watchlists, prompts, or other content, you represent that you have the right to do so and that the content does not violate law or third-party rights.

You retain ownership of your content, but grant Sentinel Aleph a limited right to host, process, display, analyze, and use it as needed to provide and improve the service.

You must not abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, attack, overload, bypass access controls, exploit rate limits, share unauthorized credentials, launder funds, commit fraud, or use Sentinel Aleph for unlawful market manipulation or illegal activity.

We may suspend or terminate accounts, revoke access, restrict features, or preserve records when we reasonably believe there is abuse, fraud, security risk, legal risk, or a violation of these Terms.

The service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis and may be interrupted by maintenance, infrastructure failures, exchange outages, API limits, cloud provider incidents, network issues, or events outside our control.

Market data, exchange data, model outputs, alerts, and analytics may be sourced from third parties. We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or continuous availability.

The Sentinel Aleph name, product design, software, interfaces, models, documentation, logos, and related materials are owned by ribqa.com or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service according to these Terms. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

The service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentinel Aleph, ribqa.com, its owners, contributors, affiliates, service providers, and personnel are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, wallet or exchange losses, indirect damages, consequential damages, punitive damages, or damages caused by market movement, third-party providers, user decisions, or unauthorized account use.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to Sentinel Aleph for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sentinel Aleph, ribqa.com, and their affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your trading or wallet activity, your content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

We may update these Terms, the Privacy Policy, product limits, pricing, and service features. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.

For material legal changes, we may require renewed acceptance before continued account access.
